This Backstroke Swim Clinic will be held in St. Bede’s Senior School own swimming pool.
The Clinic is aimed at competitive swimmers aged 8 – 16 years

Backstroke Clinic Programme
The Clinic includes two pool sessions along with a lecture and video session.
In each clinic we will focus on the stroke mechanics, and drills for that stroke. Learning is reinforced through lecture and video session.

Swimmers please bring a packed lunch and drink for the day.

Timetable:
  0830 – 0900  Registration
  0900 – 1030  Pool Session
  1030 – 1130  Video /Lecture
  1130 – 1300  Pool Session

Clinic cost for a Swimmer is: £45.50
For a Parent /Coach to attend (Viewing only) an additional £10.00 could be paid on the day
