Do as swimmer still need to ware TYR swimming goggles? - Yes, the swimmer still needs to use their normal TYR swimming goggles. The snorkel headband just goes on the forehead so it does not interfere will the swimmers goggles.

Will using a snorkel help with rotation? - This will help the swimmer with their rotation as it helps the swimmers relax and focus on their core.
