Swimming Reports
St.Bede’s managed to find their way through the snow to the Northampton Open Meet
Travelling was slow but St.Bede’s swim squad made their way to Coby International Pool for the Northampton Long Course Open Meet.
It was time the younger member of the squad to show the way. Theo Hall ( 11 ) managed to medal in two out of three events and a Regional Qualification time.
Gold 100 Free 1.11.13, Bronze 200 IM 2.55.83 and a six place finish in the 400 Free all these swim where personal best times.
Will Condron (15 ) just missing his National time in the 50 Free and 100 Breaststroke Will finished the meet taken a Silver 100 Breaststroke , Bronze 50 Free ,fifth 100Breaststroke .
Jasmin Brennan ( 14 ) showed a returned to form finishing 4th in the 100 Fly, 6th 50 Free and a number of best times.
The rest of the squad Charlotte Chapman (12) Rebekah Chapman (15) Andrew Horsfall-Turner. (16) Jade Pithers (14) Alex Fenwick (17) Cristina Richards ( 15 )
All showed improvements making personal best times and achieving many Regional Qualification times.
