Swimmer of the Month October 2009

Eliot Wood is the October swimmer of the month. Head Coach Kevin Ayers has been very impressed with Eliot's dedication to training and now he has started to do the early morning sessions, Eliot's fitness levels are improving accordingly. Kevin says, "Eliot has really stepped up and his training over the last few weeks has been second to none." Eliot's mum Vanessa is also pleased to discover that there are in fact two "5 o'clocks" in 24 hours!
