Swimmers check list for a typical club training session

Please check that you have the following items when you attend a St Bedes aquatics training session

Swim cap - As you will know most of our girls find it better to wear a swimming cap, (or tie their hair up) however this is optional for the boys.
Swimming Goggles - You will need to have at least two pairs of swimming goggles. You will need one to wear and one spare in case the first gets broke
Swimming suit - Nothing better than the TYR Swimsuit/Jammers (If you need a new swimsuit/Jammers just ask Kevin who will be happy to let you know what's in stock)
Towel - Don't forget your towel unless you like getting dressed wet
Shower jell and shampoo - It's good to have a shower after your training session
Drink - It's important to have an energy drink like High5 so that you don't get de-hydrated when training
Club kit bag - St Bedes Aquatics Club have their own TYR branded kit bags, just ask Kevin for on if you don't yet have one
Float - TYR have a vet good streamline training board
Pull buoy - Again TYR do a very good TYR pull float
Frontal snorkel - As you will already know Kevin believes that this is a very important piece of equipment, Kevin is now stocking the Olander Frontal Snorkel
Hand Paddles - It's a good a idea to have a set of TYR Mentor Hand Paddle
Fins - A good set of fins are good to have in your training kit bag, please make sure that the fins fit correctly.

If you feel that you do need help and advice regarding kit then please do ask Kevin Ayers it's always better to get the professional advice beforehand as this will help you make the right decision.
