The Eastbourne Sovereign Centre swimming pool is situated right on the beach to the East of Eastbourne, The complex was built in 1977 and is starting to show it’s age.

The Pool facilities:

•    A fun Pool with Wave Machine and Flume so great for the little one’s.
•    A 25 Metre Swimming Pool, with additional boom teaching area which is sometimes used as a swim down pool.
•    The changing rooms – The changing rooms are not that great as they are starting to show their age and could do with an update.
•    Café – The café is does sometimes close in the evenings so if it’s an evening gala it may not be open.
•    A small sports Shop
•    Viewing – The viewing gallery is OK but if it’s a big meet you will need to get their early so that you can guarantee is good getting good seat that overlooks the main pool.

How to find the Sovereign Centre:
The Sovereign Centre is easy to find on Eastbourne seafront, one mile east of the Pier.
The Sovereign Centre has an on site car park with a small charge for Centre customers.
 
Parking – There is a car park to the left of the entrance however the car park is not that big so if you are attending a big meet make sure that you get their early to get a space.
They may charge you for the parking now.
